Channel 4 is looking for one special family to take part in a groundbreaking new documentary series. We want a family who are prepared to share their lives with us for around 6 months and show the nation what it means to be a family in Britain today. We're particularly interested in families with three or more children still living at home and a busy year ahead with lots going on day to day.
We want to show the drama of the ordinary things that are important to all of us; whether it's parents' angst about getting their kids into the right school, how teenagers negotiate their independence or how an illness affects the family.
We want to know what makes a family tick, how they relate to each other and how they pull together to get through whatever life throws at them. We also want to be there for the important moments of the family's life; whether it be birthdays, anniversaries, a wedding or simply a challenge the family will be facing together.
This exciting new series offers a family a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to have a record of an extraordinary 6 months in their lives.
