6. You may not use the name "FAMILYRAPP", the Link, and/or the Link Logo in any manner that implies FAMILYRAPP sponsorship or endorsement of your products, services, and/or website. You may not misrepresent your relationship with FAMILYRAPP.
7. You may not display the name "FAMILYRAPP", the Link, and/or the Link Logo more prominently than any of your company, product or website name, or logo.
8. FAMILYRAPP reserves the right to modify or discontinue the FAMILYRAPP WWW page and the Link Logo at any time, at its sole discretion. FAMILYRAPP makes no warranty. Whether express or implied, about any statements on FAMILYRAPP's website the products/services mentioned therein. FAMILYRAPP shall not be liable for any damages or other losses of any type whatsoever incurred by you in connection with the subject matter of these Linking Terms. Nothing in these Linking Terms shall be taken to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury.
9. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FAMILYRAPP, its officers, employees and agents against any damages, loss or expenses caused to any of them, arising out of your use of the name "FAMILYRAPP", the Link, or the Link Logo.
10. FAMILYRAPP may at any time and without prior notice require you to discontinue use of the name "FAMILYRAPP", the Link, or the Link Logo.

You must visit this address from time to time to review the current Linking Terms because continued linking to FAMILYRAPP's website and/or use of the Link Logo after changes have been posted at this address constitutes acceptance by you of such revised Linking Terms. Certain provisions of these Linking Terms may be superseded by legal notices or terms located on particular pages at this website.
