.

The Look Out Discovery Centre in Bracknell is a great day out for all ages. The main attraction is an exciting hands on, interactive science and nature exhibition.Young budding scientists will spend any hours exploring and discovering over 70 bright, fun filled exhibits within five themes zones.

In the Sound and Communication zone visitors can try and make water dance in the Resonant Bowl, listen to their voice in the Echo Tube or try to blow some Slow Bubbles. Step into the magical Light and Colour zone and you can ‘pluck’ the laser beams of the Light Harp to make a little light music or freeze your shadow on a wall. Move over to the Woodland and Wildlife zone to build a Camp Fire and not burn your food, see the colourful Four Seasons Oak Tree or climb through the Giant Mole Hole. Solly, the centre’s resident robotic owl makes regular appearances to the public during the weekend at 10.30am, 11.30am, 1.30pm and 2.30pm, which makes him a firm favourite. He can shrug his shoulders, move and spin around. Ask him a question – he may even tell you a joke!
